## Job description

### Job Description

EE engineer responsible for product Electrical design at PSS segment SENS R&D for new development and mass products based on customer requirements by defined processes and guidelines. EE engineering area
- EE requirement engineering
- EE design, check & release in system, EE data create or maintain in system;
- Perform or coordinate Electrical test
- Support / cooperate with other related functions internal / external Competence
- Develop technical solutions in own area of responsibility.
- Constantly improve knowledge and experience on own field
- Technique lead for responsible competence development
- Provide support to own discipline and other disciplines
- Perform risk assessment, control and steer the implementation of risk measures
- Escalate issues if neceesary Quality& improvement
- Demostrate as model for process following and provide explaination of process to others.
- Coordinate lessons learned activities and define / implement improvement measures
- Optimise current working method to improve efficiency and quality.
- Contribute ideas for technical, processes improvement, and take effort to make it comes true
