## Job description

### Overall Purpose

Define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.

### Key Roles and Responsibilities

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

### Technical Product Vision and Strategy
- Develop product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

### Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.

### Product Development and Requirements Management
- Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations.

### Customer-Centric Product Management
- Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.

### Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise
- Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines.

### Job Contribution

An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

### Supervisor

No TCP Career Step Differentiator: Assigned complex products or product lines. Experience managing complex or high-priority technical products and may have more influence on strategic decisions related to the product. Writes user stories and sets the product direction at the team level; OR writes features and sets the direction for a group of teams; OR writes epics and sets the direction for multiple groups of teams.

### Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Tech Product Mgr jobs earn between $128,400.00 - $192,600.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
