Hibrido Queres sumarte a un equipo en pleno crecimiento? 💥 En Assurant nos encontramos en búsqueda de Bilingual Customer Service Representative. ### Responsabilidades - Atender llamadas entrantes y salientes de asegurados, bancos y áreas internas de la empresa en Estados Unidos en un ambiente de Call Center. - Asistir a nuestros clientes respondiendo consultas sobre coberturas, pagos y diversos procesos administrativos - Mantener actualizada la información en el sistema. - Resolver las consultas de los clientes o derivarlos a otras áreas cuando sea necesario para brindar un excelente servicio. - Mantener la relación con nuestros clientes brindándoles un servicio de calidad. ### Qué podés esperar de esta oportunidad 🏆Trabajar en un ambiente multicultural interactuando con personas de diferentes países. 🏆Poner en práctica tu inglés. 🏆Trabajar en una empresa reconocida hace más de 10 años como Great Place to Work. ### Para postularse a esta posición se requiere ✅ Nivel de inglés avanzado.
