## Job description

Du bist gerne Ansprechpartner*in für ein diverses Team und schätzt Dynamik? Du kennst die aktuellen Branchen-Trends? Wir sind auf der Suche nach ambitionierten und verantwortungsbewussten Führungskräften, die uns als Department Manager/ Abteilungsleiter (w/m/d) unterstützen. Unsere Department Manager*innen arbeiten Hand in Hand mit unserem Senior Management Team zusammen, und tragen somit maßgeblich zum Erfolg unserer PRIMARK Filiale bei.

### Deine Aufgaben

Du steuerst die Warenverfügbarkeit über unsere Systeme Du förderst und entwickelst unsere Mitarbeiter*innen Du weißt dich selbst und deine Zeit zu managen Du bist ein Vorbild für deine Kolleg*innen und stellst ein wunderbares Kundenerlebnis sicher Du leitest Aktionen und Maßnahmen aus unserem Berichtswesen ab Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere aktuellen Trends für unsere Kunden erlebbar werden Wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung!
