Point out recurring problems during assembly, calibration and qualification and contributes to their solution Interface with internal customers on technical issues and improvement proposal Interface with own work center, Manufacturing Engineering on complex technical reduction issues. Transfer knowledge and train colleagues on existing and newly introduced products - Contribute to continuous improvement activities with technical expertise on both products and (SW) tooling - Use technical knowledge and experience to contribute in production and improvement projects - Support other functions within the team/department. Place safety in the workplace above all else and follow safety guidelines. Work overtime and other duties as needed. Cleans and maintains work area. (5S) Education and experience Bachelor’s degree or above like Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, Electronics, Electric engineering, (Applied) Physics, or comparable. 4~6 years of experience in industry or laser products Experience in Psychics, Electrical, Mechanical, Optics or related engineering field Preferred experience with laser and optic technology and others key modules Preferred experiences of NPI & Mass production transfer and process setup Skills Working at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way to do that.
