Working closely with customers and internal engineering teams, you will play a key role in maximizing system performance and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing technology and collaborate with global teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Role and responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair semiconductor laser systems at customer sites. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to established procedures. Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes to minimize equipment downtime. Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and system qualifications. Maintain accurate service records and technical reports. Provide technical support and training to customers when required. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and technical support teams to resolve complex issues. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures. Participate in on-call support and occasional business travel as required. Education and experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Experience in semiconductor equipment, industrial equipment, laser systems, or field service is preferred. Experience in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, optical, or software-related systems is desirable. Recent graduates with strong technical backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. ### Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to read and understand technical documentation and schematics. Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and computer systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Business-level Japanese and basic English communication skills preferred.
