[Apply on Arrow Electronics’s careers site →](https://careers.arrow.com/us/en/job/ARELUSR241488ENUS/Information-Technology-Systems-Engineer) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Arrow Electronics](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/arrow-electronics/) / Information Technology Systems Engineer ## Job description ### Position Information Technology Systems Engineer Job Description: What You’ll Be Doing - Provide daily engineering support and operations for Arrow’s hardware and software infrastructure, including maintenance, performance monitoring and reporting, solution design, and consulting. - Analyze and troubleshoot issues across software, applications, databases, hardware, and COTS applications. - Deliver second-level support by working directly with IT teams and/or end users to resolve escalated incidents. - Coordinate with vendors as needed to facilitate hardware and software repair activities. - Participate in annual disaster recovery (DR) testing. Due to operational requirements, the role requires commuting between two office locations: Zhonghe and Taoyuan. - Understanding of virtual machines (VMs), storage, and data center-related equipment. ### Software scope - Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and ServiceNow. ### What We Are Looking For - Typically requires a 4 year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience - Has no discretion to vary from established procedures - Has no related work experience or has work experience but requires formal training in theories/concepts in own function - Works under close supervision What’s In It For You At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
