This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute to transformative projects and support our senior leadership in driving business success! ### What You'll Do - Assist in the implementation of group-wide strategic initiatives and projects - Perform financial and commercial analysis to guide business decisions - Drive, assist, and support with the management and tracking of project achievements and outcomes - Collaborate with colleagues across functions to help drive initiatives forward - Prepare clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leaders - Work with key collaborators to define, plan, complete, and govern pivotal initiatives - Facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals - Identify and manage risks and issues effectively - Deliver initiatives on time, within budget, and to required performance metrics - Meet business value and financial targets set forth for initiatives - Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, status, and risk management - Conduct research and develop systems to facilitate central initiative progress ### What We're Looking For - 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles with emphasis on Program Management - Strong academic background (degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Critical decision-making and judgment capabilities - Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with team members at all levels Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn with a low-ego, team-oriented approach - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize actions Deep experience in program management, including managing complex program delivery with cross-functional teams Experience in developing and implementing processes, tools, and templates - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment This job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
