## Job description

Maintenance - Corpus Christi, TX

This is a full-time, hourly position.

We are looking for a high potential individual ready to take on challenges and responsibilities within our Maintenance department at the Corpus Christi, TX Grain facility.

### Assignments

Potential assignment may include, but are not limited to:
- Daily maintenance work on equipment and machinery both routine and complex
- Operation of powered industrial equipment (Skidsteer, forktruck, etc.)
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures
- Installation of large equipment with hoists and/or cranes
- Fabrication

### Qualifications

To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be able to understand and follow company safety procedures
- Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime, and 2nd shift if needed
- Team player that displays the initiative and drive to work alone
- Electrical knowledge and welding experience are preferred
- Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card (transportation worker identification card)
- High Mechanical Aptitude

### Able to meet physical requirements including
- prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, working in confined spaces or from heights, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dusty, etc.), and the ability to lift 50lbs. unassisted
- Ability to Multitask
- Exhibit a professional image; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
