## Job description

### Key responsibilities
- Collect completion data (queries) and produce the monthly training plan tracking report
- Prepare and publish the weekly training report
- Prepare and share evaluation reporting (immediate and delayed feedback)
- Prepare and provide reporting on no-shows for mandatory training sessions
- Analyze and provide commentary on monthly reporting indicators
- Implement productivity improvement tools for the team Perform various tasks primarily within the SAP information system Consolidate and define performance indicators related to training activities
- Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials linked to organizational, process-based, or system-related learning paths Key expectations: Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to solve complex problems and suggest relevant solutions Comfortable working with data and statistics to produce detailed analysis Skilled in constructive dialogue with stakeholders involved in training implementation to deliver actionable insights Aptitude for identifying and proposing improvements Supplementary training in office software tools (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of Low-Code environments, notably Query M and DAX Strong proficiency in SAP Proficiency in French and English (min.
