# Accounting Senior Specialist with French

## Job description
- Participate in monthly closing processes with the factories in Europe
- Prepare additional quarterly closing packages (OBSC, Leases, Tax, Audit, Treasury, R&D…)
- Perform quarterly and annually SOx controls Analysis and posting of entries on suspense accounts, cash-out forecast on Treasury portal Monitor POs (AMEX, OCAS, R&D) for monthly closing Supervision of IFRS16 contracts (posting of provisions, RE-FX), leases and OBSC contracts Calculation of rolls consumptions for monthly closing Integration of HR batches (SOx control, staff costs reinvoiced report, mark up, KB21N capex and steelshop allocations…)
- Prepare and execute annual closing tasks Calculation of added value, preparation of tax declarations (TF, TVTS…) with validation from Tax Department
- Conduct rolling inventory of fixed assets
- Participate in statutory audits, CSE audits, internal audits, URSSAF, tax controls
- Prepare supporting documentation for audits and regulatory reporting Our requirements Hybrid working system: 1-2 days in the office per week Fluency in French (B2+/C1) and English on at least B2 level Experience in monthly and quarterly closures and controls Experience in audits and tax controls Preferably experience in cooperation with international factories
