For more information on Aramark's Student Nutrition food service programs, please visit - Aramark Student Nutrition - Aramark The HR Director-Student Nutrition, provides leadership and HR Business Partner for our Midwest Region. This position provides strategic consultation to senior leadership and partners with them to build and execute an HR strategy that aligns with and enables the achievement of business strategy ### Job Responsibilities - Partner with senior leaders and teams-including front line managers to identify opportunities, develop solutions and drive results/impact - Coach and advise leaders on people strategy (Organization Design, Change Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement) - Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc. - Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies focused on driving employee engagement and retention - Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract, on board, develop and retain the talent needed to meet business needs - Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives/projects as assigned, contributing to and helping lead US HR strategy work in close partnership with the US Sector HRVP At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
