Warwick Castle boasts an impressive line-up of shows including the UK's largest birds of prey show - The Falconers Quest, It is also home to Europe's largest working siege machine, The Trebuchet, and hosts several other spectacular events, concerts, and attractions throughout the year. Your Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Undercroft Cafe and managing a small team. Leading by example, you will ensure the team delivers warm, welcoming, and exceptional service that consistently exceeds expectations. This is a full-time role working 5 out of 7 days. You must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
