Learn more about our benefits. ### Role Responsibilities Ensure supply continuity to enable manufacturing with speed and quality. Follow-up on orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records. Adhere to standard purchasing business processes Proactively drive and ensure timely delivery/shipment of parts from supplier to Applied factories including resolution of shipment/receiving and billing issues with supplier Partner with suppliers on demand/supply collaboration. - Execute and manage pull-ins/push-outs with suppliers to meet MRP demand - Drive inventory and E&Z reduction efforts - Negotiate and execute purchase and RFQ to drive the lowest cost consistent with consideration of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need - Drive problem resolution for supply issues with key stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, Program Managers) with support from Managers Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 1-2 years of related experience Preferred Qualifications: A solid understanding of the industry’s key business drivers Good communication/interpersonal skills to explain complex information to others Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: New College Grad Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: Yes Applied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
