Learn more about our benefits. ### TEAM OVERVIEW AGS Logistics – Service Strategy is a global team focused on transforming logistics operations through Network Optimization, Automation, and AI/ML-driven solutions. We partner with cross-functional teams worldwide to improve efficiency, scalability, visibility, and decision-making across the supply chain, delivering innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and business impact. ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As part of the AGS Logistics - Service Strategy team, you will contribute to transforming global logistics and warehouse operations through AI/ML, Simulation, and Network Optimization initiatives. You will work on high-impact business problems, leveraging data and technology to drive operational efficiency and innovation. Support AI/ML and data-driven solutions for logistics and warehouse operations. Analyze large datasets using data mining, analytics, and visualization tools to identify insights and improvement opportunities. Develop and evaluate network optimization models to improve supply chain efficiency and service performance. Build and run simulation models to assess operational scenarios and support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and implement scalable solutions. Contribute to automation initiatives that enhance operational productivity and visibility. ### TECHNICAL SKILLS AI/ML fundamentals and model development. Gen AI/ RAG /LLM tools Data mining, data analytics, and statistical analysis. Python, SQL, Process Mining and Simulation tools and related analytics tools. Operations Research, Optimization, and Simulation techniques. Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills. ### REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION Bachelors Degree in Data Science / Business Analytics / CS / Statistics / Data Analytics / AIML GPA of 3.25 or above preferred Experience in one or more of these areas would be great Gen AI tools Logistics / Supply Chain Understanding Python Statistics Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
