## Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead Finance Data and AI Engineering initiatives, building scalable, high-performance financial data systems that power reporting, analytics, and AI-driven transformation.

### This role is execution-focused

leading a team of engineers to build, optimize, and modernize financial data systems that directly support Finance's business operations and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep data engineering expertise, solid software engineering fundamentals, and strong collaboration with Finance stakeholders.
