The AppleCare Technologies team has an immediate opening for a Cross-Functional Quality Engineer to plan and lead cross-functional testing across complex AppleCare projects.

Our Cross-Functional Quality Engineers are the architects of confidence — they bring structure to ambiguity, elevate quality thinking across disciplines, and ensure that Apple's most ambitious systems initiatives ship with precision and integrity. We're looking for a quality leader who doesn't just execute test plans — someone who shapes how Apple thinks about quality from day one of a program, and who leaves every team they touch more capable than they found it.
