## Job description

Apple is looking for an outstanding, passionate, collaborative and self-driven individual to successfully manage multiple concurrent people program deployments across the Consumer channel. You will partner closely with a variety of cross-functional teams to deliver impactful programs that drive sales and elevate the customer experience — while ensuring Apple standards are clearly understood, deployed, and delivered on schedule by all channel partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will own the two pillars that represent the face of Apple in the Consumer channel — ASC (Apple Staff in Channel), our badged, Apple-employed people program, and AEP (Apple Champion), our non-badged partner staff program. You will lead their end-to-end deployment, ensuring both deliver an extraordinary customer experience and drive Apple Channel sales at scale. Our team collaborates closely with cross-functional groups at both the Worldwide (WW) and Geo levels to bring these programs to life in-country.
