Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. Apple Store Online is redefining how Apple shows up in a world where AI agents increasingly mediate discovery, evaluation, and purchase. This innovative and future-focused role is central to that shift. The person in this role will help the ASO Digital Experience team ideate, launch, and manage Apple's retail presence on emerging agentic surfaces, helping customers discover, evaluate, and purchase Apple products in ways that are intelligent, trustworthy, and deeply personal. This is a build-from-scratch role that demands not only strategic range, but also operational rigor. You'll move fluidly and fast, creating links insights, product and design, and analytics to turn early, ambiguous signals about agentic behavior into scoped experiments and shippable experiences but strategy alone isn't enough. This role needs someone who can drive for results, stand up new processes and partnerships where none exist, navigate cross-functional dependencies, and push work through to launch.
