Your knowledge of industry trends and expertise with Apple products and services — along with third-party technologies — help you to develop business solutions tailored to the needs of customers. You’re a top sales performer who has exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, and you’re considered a resource to the wider Retail Store or Contact Center team. You inspire an environment where Apple Retail Business is a part of everyone’s role, no matter how the customer chooses to visit Apple.
