## Job description

As a Pro, you’re the most knowledgeable and effective salesperson in the store. You offer customized solutions by leveraging your breadth of expertise — both of Apple products and services, as well as Apple’s competitors — to create owners and build brand loyalty through each customer interaction.

You help drive knowledge of technology and mentor the store team. A Pro helps to grow Apple’s business community and is highly skilled at presenting effective business solutions.
