## Job description

We are looking for a sharp, curious, and data-driven Engagement Optimisation Manager to join the International TV team. In this role, you will be the subject-matter expert in understanding how customers across international markets engage with the Apple TV App and Apple TV titles. You will translate complex platform data into clear insights that drive measurable performance improvements. Working in close partnership with local platform teams, you will uncover opportunities, share best practices, and build compelling business cases for product improvements.

The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with a genuine passion for TV, film, and the digital media landscape, and has a proven track record of turning data into action in a fast-paced, international environment.
