## Job description

As an Administrative Assistant Supervisor within Apple Services Engineering (ASE), you will lead a team of Administrative Assistants supporting the Architecture, Delivery Experience, and Platforms Team (ADEPT), while overseeing the day-to-day effectiveness of your admin team across multiple sites.

This is a highly collaborative, people-first leadership role that blends executive support, team management, and operational excellence in one of Apple's most dynamic and globally impactful organizations. We're looking for a confident people manager and natural organizer — someone who can manage up, delegate thoughtfully, and scale a team's impact without losing sight of the individual. If you're a proactive, solutions-oriented leader who operates with the highest levels of integrity and discretion, we'd love to meet you.
