## Job description

Acts as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system. Owns all SCM Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview.

Key Activities include:
- All file management activities post booking.
- Documentation.
- System Updates.
- Operational finance.
- Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and automation tools.
- Strong background in logistics operations, with understanding of end-to-end supply chain (3PL to 4PL perspective) Good knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping practices Experience handling exceptions and complex operational scenarios
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proactive, solution-oriented mindset Flexible and adaptable to changing operational demands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Willingness to learn and continuously improve Experience in ocean freight is an advantage
