This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about working in a fast-paced, international environment. You will gain exposure to end-to-end logistics operations and build strong problem-solving and coordination skills. ### Key Responsibilities - Support daily logistics operations (shipment tracking, status updates, exception follow-up) - Monitor shipment progress and proactively flag risks or delays - Handle inquiries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner - Ensure accurate data entry and maintain operational records - Follow standard procedures to ensure compliance and service quality - Work closely with team members and support cross-team coordination - Learn to identify and escalate operational issues when needed ### What We Are Looking For Strong sense of responsibility – reliable, careful, and accountable Fast learner – able to quickly pick up new systems and processes Good communication skills – clear and structured expression Team player – open-minded and willing to support others Customer service mindset – patient, responsive, and service-oriented Basic problem awareness – able to notice issues and seek solutions Positive and resilient attitude – willing to work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus) Background in logistics(sea/air)/supply chain or international exposure is a plus (not required).
