Moller-Maersk](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/ap-moller-maersk/) / Sales Manager ## Job description Job Description 负责所在区域合同物流（仓储、运输）业务的市场开发、客户拓展及全周期销售管理，通过深度挖掘本地客户需求、推动跨部门协作，实现业绩目标并持续提升市场份额。 ### 工作职责 - 主导新客户的开发、投标及合同谈判，确保完成销售业绩指; - 建立目标消费电子、美妆、鞋服等行业重点客户关系网络; 持续跟踪客户业务变化，深挖增值服务机会 ### 市场调研、竞对信息摸排、产业带深耕等，不断提升我司市场份额，跟进项目销售进度，并向团队输出市场端的产品需求、客户资源等 岗位要求 - 1.3+ years of logistics sales experience; contract logistics experience preferred. 3年以上物流行业销售经验，合同物流领域经验优先 2.Familiar with logistics industry and client demands in consumer electronics, beauty, footwear & apparel, FMCG industries and etc. 熟悉消费电子、美妆、鞋服、快消等行业物流供应链现状，了解客户需求 3.Energetic and passionate, able to work under pressure of sales targets, with strong work accountability. 富有活力和激情，能够承受较大的工作压力和销售业绩要求，对工作有责任心; - Strong objective orientation with continuous learning awareness and innovative mindset. 强烈的目标导向，具备持续学习与创新意识。 Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
