### Key Responsibilities

Essential Job tasks:
- Distribute the volume based on the allocation from procurement and the Guideline. Conduct supplier performance management.
- Handling relevant documents.
- Coordinate on service requirement and assist in the collection of relevant cost recovery as per SOP.
- Work with agency to handle ad hoc special operational tasks.

### Objectives of the position
- Transshipment connection between Mother vessel and barge.
- Dwell time of transshipment & on time delivery.
- Customer obsessed.
- Cost and AI mindset.
- Learning opportunities in the position.
- Develop the general knowledge of operation in container shipping.
- Specialize in barge service and connection to global network.
- Simplification and standardization of operational process in order to improve both efficiency and effectiveness.
- Following Maersk’s operating system in the flow of business handling process. Who we are looking for
- University graduate and above.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, analysis skills.
- Good communication and stake holder management.
- Result-oriented self-starter with initiative and strong execution drive.
- Proficient English.
