Moller-Maersk](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/ap-moller-maersk/) / Senior IT Executive - Logistics/Warehouse ## Job description Role- Senior IT Executive - Logistics/Warehouse Responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to IT projects to support business goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals. ### Infrastructure Management Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks etc Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support. Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and standards. Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. Participate in IT projects to support business requirements. Maintain IT documentation, including inventory, procedures, and manuals. Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices. Mush Have Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline > 3 years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, automation or onsite IT support experience Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile or RF devices and network connectivity Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 - Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure in an operational warehouse environment Willingness to travel and provide on-call support Good-to-Have Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or warehouse automation Exposure to conveyors, RFID tunnels or similar automation equipment Basic server, Cisco, Aruba or FortiGate knowledge Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI experience Project coordination experience Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
