## Job description

About the Role Lead and develop a team of “Direct Transport Sales – BCO” Representatives to deliver Ocean and Logistics & Services (L&S) growth, expand share-of-wallet, drive customer retention, and execute Maersk's “Direct Transport Sales – BCO” strategy within the assigned geography. The role is accountable for commercial performance, people leadership, customer portfolio management, and sales execution excellence.

### Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership Deliver Ocean and L&S growth targets. Drive NSS (New Sales Success) and SSS (Same Store Sales). Improve pipeline health, win ratio, and conversion performance. Build and execute attack plans for churn and downtrade recovery. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop DTS BCO sales teams. Conduct performance reviews and sales coaching. Build strong commercial capabilities and sales discipline. Ensure execution of global and regional sales standards.

Customer Portfolio Management Own portfolio quality and customer coverage. Ensure customer ownership governance. Endorse and oversee customer ownership requests. Ensure sales resources are allocated to the right customers. Sales Execution Lead Weekly and Monthly MOS. Monitor Event Coverage, Opportunity Coverage, Pipeline, Win Ratio, Volume and Revenue Performance Drive SFDC data quality and hygiene Stakeholder Management Partner with Product, Market, CX and Sales Leadership.

Translate product priorities into frontline commercial actions. Escalate commercial opportunities and risks.

### Preferred Qualifications

Experience Strong experience in Ocean and L&S sales. Experience leading a frontline sales team. Customer portfolio management experience. Track record of delivering commercial growth.
