On career development, there are wide range of roles in Maersk and Maersk has a very good career mobility program that establishes a culture of priority consideration to internal candidates and encourages employees to take responsibility for managing their careers whether to move laterally or vertically. ### Sales Coverage & TAA Support - Support end‑to‑end Sales Coverage planning and execution, ensuring timely updates, clean data, and high-quality documentation. Prepare and maintain Territory & Account Assignments (TAA) data, ensuring correct mapping of sales reps, accounts, and territories. Coordinate required inputs from Area Sales Managers, CSPs, and Customer Solutions teams. - Operational Support to Area Head of Customer Success Provide administrative and analytical support for SLT meetings, and prioritization discussions. Support follow‑up on performance actions agreed in SLT with relevant stakeholders. Track adoption of Customer Success tools, processes, and minimum standards. Liaise with Regional Sales Operations, GSC functional teams (OTS, TCM, Disputes, Issue Resolution, allocation filing, etc.), and Area Sales Managers to ensure smooth operational processes. - Data Hygiene, Continuous improvement and SIP Identify gaps in data quality, process adherence, or tool usage and propose improvements. Maintain local data hygiene to meet regional and global standards. Support SFDC updates, troubleshooting, and enhancement rollouts in collaboration with Regional teams. Support on SIP related questions and queries. ### Ad Hoc - Support with pilots, system roll-outs, gembar Who ### We Are Looking For Logistics and Supply Chain Experience: - Minimum - 5 years of relevant at similar role in logistic industry with 1.5 - 2 years in managing Sales performance Sales process & Coverage expertise - Strong analytical and data management skills (BI, SFDC, Excel/Sheets). Understanding of sales processes, sales coverage, and Customer Success workflows Cross-functional collaboration Stakeholder management skills Ability to influence without authority in a global organization Proactivity: Suggest solutions and process improvements Problem-solving mindset Language Proficiency: Intermediate English level, Native Vietnamese level, Chinese Speaking is a big plus.
