## Job description

Serve as the primary Business Support contact for assigned business units and office locations. Provide administrative support to employees and business leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Support onboarding, offboarding, office administration, and employee engagement activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to resolve operational and office-related matters. Manage administrative services, office supplies, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Support process improvement initiatives, digital tools, and SharePoint administration to enhance efficiency. Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with tracking business support activities.
