## Job description

### Job responsibility
- Act as Contract Logistics project manager, fully in charge of solution design, cost model, presentation, commercial discussion, contract negotiations, project implementation, account management.
- Taking the role as Customer Representative;
- Project implementation.
- Participating the commercial contract discussion/negotiation;
- Coordinating the cross-function teams of the company to ensure a customer’s satisfaction;
- Support business development manager for new opportunity and marketing activities etc.;
- Analyse the integration of customer on quality indicators, reliability and service level, deriving from warning network and purpose of improvement action;
- Evaluate customer satisfaction made by customer (indicator, survey);
