This is a position where you will develop benefits knowledge expertise, technical and consulting skills while supporting the team by handling both individual and complex team projects with preliminary exposure to client-facing initiatives. As a member of the team, you are encouraged to support high-standard product delivery and becoming go-to-person! Once you’re fully trained, you will work for assigned projects/tasks according to project pipeline including ad hoc requests which might include: developing, analyzing and drafting benchmarking reports for countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas providing analytical project support for Aon's global and local benefits surveys conducting research into employee benefits and developing new intellectual capital products participating in data collection and supporting data submission process using Aon’s technology platform for global benefits management participating in/or leading projects aimed at process improvement, suggesting new tools designing, implementing and developing support materials, such as product guides and manuals supporting and coaching junior colleagues in daily tasks How this opportunity is different Global Benefits teams collaborate with Aon teams in different countries around the globe.
