## Job description

- Manage and lead the placement and servicing of complex Financial Lines insurance programmes,
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and underwriting partners across local and international markets.
- Structure, negotiate and place bespoke insurance solutions for large, complex and high-value risks.
- Provide strategic advice on coverage, market conditions, risk transfer options and emerging exposures.
- Advocate on behalf of clients during policy negotiations, coverage disputes and claims-related matters.
- Support business development activities, identify growth opportunities and contribute to client retention strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance across Financial Lines products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives. Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Degree qualified, preferably in Insurance, Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Financial Lines
- Deep technical knowledge of financial lines products.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and deliver client-focused solutions.
- Excellent relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. 2585880
