## Job description

What the day will look like Provide analytical support for active and potential business.
- Research, data clean-up (includes re/insurance, meteorological/climatic, and agricultural data)
- Maintain and optimise databases
- Create and optimise analytical tools
- Assist in crop model usage/maintenance
- Produce market reports and presentations
- Conduct presentations and seminars/workshops
- Liaise with re/insurers on analytical-related matters
- Liaise and work with Aon offices in other countries Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Minimum skills required: Strong familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook Additional relevant skills (desired but not mandatory): MS Access, ReMetrica, R, Python, Tableau, or other similar data management/visualisation skills.

Experience in handling datasets (including data clean-up) is preferred. Experience in optimising/refining data visualisation is a plus. Job requires frequent interaction with colleagues and clients, fluency in communication (both written and spoken) is a requirement. Experience in client presentations/interactions is a plus.
