## Job description

Analyst, Investment Consulting - Wealth Solutions Are you looking for an opportunity to put your analytical skills to use by working on challenging real world business problems? Would you like to belong to a collaborative and knowledgeable investment consulting team? Your role will expose you to the most creative and most promising investment professionals in Cyprus and the region, while you learn and grow and ensure career success.

Our focus is on making valuable contributions to our clients’ investment programs through development and application of innovative world‐class solutions, backed by our experience and the resources of Aon nationally and globally. At our office in Nicosia, young Analysts work together in an international environment to support our clients with assessing the short and long-term costs associated with pension plan commitments.

What the day will look like If this role appeals to you but you don’t meet all the requirements listed below, please do express your interest. Applicants who do not have the industry experience but have the required education and skills will also be considered.
- Prepare performance monitoring reports for institutional clients
- Prepare presentations on investment topics (e.g. investment manager selection, investment manager structure, asset classes)
- Conduct searches for investment managers
- Review and amend governance documents (e.g. statement of investment policies and procedures)
- Support experienced client teams in all aspects of work servicing clients
- Participate in internal research and seminars regarding investment ideas and current industry issues.

Skills and experience that will lead to success University degree in statistics, maths, actuarial science or related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. array and look-up formulas) General knowledge of the institutional investment industry, understanding of investment concepts and the financial markets Highly motivated, self-starter and team-oriented individual Highly organized individual, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to establish and form relationships
- Ability to multi-task, work under timelines and adapt to changing business needs Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite: Microsoft PowerPoint and Word Positive demeanor and a desire to participate to the success of Aon Offices: Nicosia, Cyprus 2587888
