The successful candidate will contribute to valuation deliverables, support data transformation, and enhance consistency, quality, and efficiency of outputs used by clients, insurers, and broking teams. What the day will look like Asset Valuation Delivery - Support preparation of replacement cost valuations for insurance purposes - Assist in valuation modelling and benchmarking for assets Capture, analyse, and interpret market and construction cost data - Translate engineering and survey data into structured valuation outputs - Contribute to production of valuation reports, analytics, and client deliverables 2. ### Integration of Risk Engineering & Valuation - Act as a link between Risk Engineering and Asset Valuation teams across regions Align engineering insights (construction, protection, resilience) with valuation assumptions - Identify valuation opportunities arising from risk engineering surveys and client engagements - Support improved consistency and outcomes across both disciplines 3. ### Data, Tools & Methodology - Maintain and develop cost databases, inflation indices, and benchmarking tools - Support development and use of standard methodologies, templates, and data structures Leverage digital tools, analytics, and AI to improve efficiency and reporting - Promote reuse of data and reduction of redundancy across teams 4.
