## Job description

EMEA Central Compliance Senior Analyst Are you interested in compliance, regulation, and helping a global organization operate with confidence? Join Aon's EMEA Compliance team and help support regulatory and compliance activities across multiple countries and business lines. This is a hybrid role based in Krakow, offering the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon office. What the day will look like As an EMEA Central Compliance Senior Analyst, you will support the delivery of compliance activities across the EMEA region. Working closely with Compliance Business Partners and senior collaborators, you will help ensure that policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are successfully implemented and maintained.

Key responsibilities include: Supporting the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks Providing compliance guidance and day-to-day support to business partners Supervising regulatory developments and assessing their impact on Aon's operations Preparing compliance reports, presentations, and materials for senior management, boards, and committees Supporting regulatory reporting requirements and maintaining compliance registers Collaborating with colleagues across Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other business functions throughout EMEA How this opportunity is different This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of Compliance within a leading global professional services firm.

Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience in Compliance, Risk, Legal, Financial Services, or a related field Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and identify key risks
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with partners across different teams and locations
