As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support Finance Business Partners and Finance Analysts located in different Aon offices by helping prepare financial reports, analyzing key business metrics, and supporting financial planning activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in financial analysis, accounting processes, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering within a global and dynamic environment. You will gain exposure to a wide range of finance activities while working closely with experienced finance professionals. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Krakow office, aligned with local smart working policy.
