## Job description

What the day will look like We're looking for a Consulting Director with a dual focus on driving revenue growth and delivering high-impact consulting engagements.

Key responsibilities include: Driving sales, leading complex sales pursuits, and developing client proposals Managing and growing existing client relationships, acquiring new clients, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services Leading large, complex, multi‑workstream projects as Project Director, including financial management and progress monitoring Overseeing the quality of client deliverables and ensuring overall client satisfaction on strategic accounts Acting as a thought leader through client presentations, proposals, whitepapers, and representing the firm at marketing and industry events Skills and experience that will lead to success Post-graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics or equivalent.

MBA or relevant masters qualification preferred.

### At least
- 8 years of management consulting or equivalent experience in designing and delivering talent management, organization effectiveness or total rewards solutions In-depth understanding of the business operations and HR knowledge/practices in MNCs and Chinese companies; Strong business acumen and has a credibility to liaise with and communicate effectively with senior government officials, C-suites, board members, etc
- Proven achievement of aggressive sales targets with strong business development capability and is a results-driven individual
- Solid project management experience and excellent client management skills Flexible and be able to work in a team-based environment and under pressure
