## Job description

【岗位职责】

### 方案设计
- 根据产品规划要求，分析市场流行趋势、客户需求及产品结构等信息，提出设计方案，确保方案的完整性和可行性。

### 设计落地
- 根据公司产品规划，组织产品设计，输出设计稿及设计工艺；同时辅助设计师开展工作，确保相关工作符合标准。

### 样品评审
- 根据相关要求评审样品，确保样品符合整体标准与规范。 【岗位要求】
- 鞋类设计、产品设计、工业设计等相关专业。
- 热爱运动，了解鞋服行业；具备良好的审美素养与沟通表达能力，能准确把握设计方向与市场需求。
- 工作细致负责，具备良好的团队协作精神与执行力，愿意在运动鞋设计领域长期发展。
