【未来你将参与】 负责户外服装版型与工艺技术研发，提升产品穿着体验 参与制定产品技术标准与工艺规范，确保产品品质 跟进样衣开发全过程，解决生产中的技术难题 进行工艺优化与成本控制，提升产品性价比 联动设计、生产团队，推动技术创新落地 研究行业先进工艺技术，持续提升产品竞争力 【因为热爱，山野同行】 硕士及以上学历，服装工程、纺织工程相关专业 懂服装工艺与版型，熟悉生产流程——有手艺人的骄傲 专业基础扎实，爱解决问题，死磕每一个细节 沟通协调能力强，有责任心，对品质有要求 动手能力强，对技术研发是真爱，不只是找份工作 有服装技术相关实习经验优先——匠心比什么都重要
