## Job description

### 岗位职责

1、检测分析与改进：
- 负责鞋服原材料（纺织面料、皮革、高分子材料等）的物理化学性能、及功能性（防水、透气、耐磨）检测；

### 运用检测方法实操，识别鞋服产品风险，能对市场、生产、检测等数据进行分析并提出改进； 2 、检测技术研究与创新
- 对检测技术方法或设备研究，包括核心/常规方法设备、自动化智能化设备开发引入、功能标准开发等； 任职要求：
- 应届硕士毕业生，纺织工程、材料科学与工程、高分子材料、物理、化学和机械相关专业；具备严谨的逻辑思维与数据分析能力；
- 有研发项目经历，具备创新思维和独立思考能力，发表过高水平论文和专利；
- 具备实验室检测设备操作经验。
