【未来你将参与】 操盘可隆鞋类产品线规划，打造专业户外鞋履矩阵 调研户外鞋履市场趋势与竞品动态，捕捉用户需求 制定鞋类产品策略、季节主题与上市计划 联动设计、研发团队，推动鞋款从概念到量产落地 参与订货会，制定价格体系与订货指引 基于销售数据与用户反馈，持续优化鞋类产品结构 【因为热爱，山野同行】 硕士及以上学历，鞋类设计、市场营销、商科相关专业优先 真懂鞋！对户外鞋履有热情，自己就是鞋头，穿得多才懂好鞋 市场嗅觉敏锐，数据感好，能看穿趋势背后的用户需求 跨部门沟通能力强，能推动事情往前走 逻辑清晰，积极主动，能扛事也愿意跑现场 有鞋类相关实习经验或户外爱好者优先——自己穿才知道哪里磨脚
