## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 做为新零售运营经理储备梯队；
- 通过直播间现场运营，提⾼直播间的流量、转化率、观看⼈数、⽤户增⻓等核⼼运营⽬标；
- 负责直播间的打造，并统筹店铺直播业务，优化推⼴策略；保证直播效果落地和直播内容提升。 【任职资格】 1、2027届本科及以上学历应届毕业生； 2、专业不限，表演类、新闻传播类等相关专业优先； 3、乐观积极，有目标感、强执行力和沟通能力；有过自播或表演类实习经验优先。 【发展方向】 通过现场直播岗、运营等岗位的轮岗培养机制，经历主播-助理直播店长-直播店长-直播大店长路径，逐步成长为新零售运营经理。 【薪资福利】 1）月薪： 一线城市：硕士学历-月薪标准10000元，本科学历-月薪标准8000元 新一线城市：硕士学历-月薪标准9500元，本科学历-月薪标准7500元 其他城市：硕士学历-月薪标准8500元，本科学历-月薪标准7000元 2）荣誉激励： 校级优秀毕业生：1000元/月，校一级正职干部：500元/月； 指定院校：设有众多荣誉激励项目，最高可得9000元/月，具体以岗位对应HR沟通为准。 3）其他福利： ① 每年2-4次周期性的晋升； ② 全年9000元现金券+9600元五折券公司产品礼品卡。 ③五险一金、年度体检、社团福利、法定年假、带薪病假、补充医疗保险等。
