### Modalidad de trabajo Presencial Responsabilidades del puesto

Coordinar la operación diaria del depósito (clasificación, picking y almacenamiento), asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos. Gestionar la relación con el operador logístico y las áreas internas, facilitando la comunicación y resolución de desvíos. Monitorear, analizar y dar seguimiento a los KPIs del depósito, impulsando planes de mejora. Elaborar reportes de gestión y asegurar el cumplimiento de rutinas operativas y planes de acción.

Liderar el seguimiento de auditorías y el cierre de desvíos de seguridad, calidad y procesos. Realizar recorridas operativas para relevar condiciones de seguridad, calidad y performance. Gestionar proveedores y coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento autónomo. Impulsar iniciativas de reconocimiento, incentivos y mejora continua dentro de la operación. Actuar como referente de DPO, capacitando a los equipos y promoviendo el uso de sus herramientas y metodologías.
