Preparar y ejecutar el proceso de la junta matutina ya estandarizada dando a conocer los KPIs del día anterior y los PIs del día reforzando temas de seguridad Auditar los procesos de entrega y seguridad en ruta de acuerdo a la agenda del superviso monitoreando que se lleven a cabo a través del seguimiento a los tiempos en el mercado Asegurar se cumpla el proceso vespertino de liquidación apegado a la seguridad que se maneja dentro del CD, monitoreo de tiempos de rutas, devolución y causas principales que afecten la entrega en ruta
