Accurately capture and maintain customer demand in the system; manage order entry and updates with attention to detail. Support on-time delivery by proactively identifying and resolving supply gaps. Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary. Contribute to revenue growth through active involvement in demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and operational process improvements. Serve as a dependable and solutions-focused partner to both customers and the sales team. Participate in business reviews with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations from a customer account management perspective. Provide data-driven analysis to empower the sales team with actionable insights that support revenue growth. ### Requirements Bachelor’s degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills i n both Japanese and English Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ### Note This position is open only to candidates who already hold a valid working visa for Japan.
