Accurately capture and maintain customer demand in the system; manage order entry and updates with attention to detail. Support on-time delivery by proactively identifying and resolving supply gaps. Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary. Contribute to revenue growth through active involvement in demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and operational process improvements. Serve as a dependable and solutions-focused partner to both customers and the sales team. Participate in business reviews with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations from a customer account management perspective. Provide data-driven analysis to empower the sales team with actionable insights that support revenue growth. ### Requirements - Bachelor’s degree - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both ### Japanese and English - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Note: This position is open only to candidates who already hold a valid working visa for Japan. Please be aware that our company does not provide visa sponsorship or support for visa acquisition. ### Preferred Skills and Experiences At least 2 years of working experience, regardless of industry Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N1 or equivalent English language proficiency: TOEIC 860 or equivalent Analytical skills are a plus, including experience in: Data analysis related to demand, backlog, or revenue trends Demand forecasting or basic statistical analysis Utilizing Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) ### Translating data into actionable business insights Application Requirements English Resume 日本語の履歴書 日本語の職務経歴書 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
