Our focus is creating longer-lasting, environmentally responsible roofing solutions that can withstand all weather conditions. ### Job Title Industrial Electrician ### Night | Req ID - 17928 | HR Contact: Elizabeth Bertapelle | Location: Building Envelope - Franklin, IN ### ABOUT THE ROLE Manufacturing Plant Electrician performs quick analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and electronic components associated with an industrial environment. Programming and operational use of Allen Bradley, CTI, Simotion, Direct Logic PLC’s, AC/DC variable speed drives, and servo drives. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH Diagnoses and isolates production equipment malfunctions using schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and associated test equipment. Works on combustion furnaces, which include troubleshooting differential pressure transmitters, thermocouples, RTD’s, safety interlocks, and burners. Constructs new and modifies existing installations as per the NEC. Installs, calibrates, and repairs various instruments, including pressure, flow, level, temperature, and position transducers. Performs preventative maintenance and repairs when production equipment is down. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. ### WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Education: High school diploma or general education degree Field of Study Preferred: NA Required Work Experience: Five years of industrial work experience Travel Requirements: NA Additional Requirements: Ability to troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using electrical test instruments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to gather and record necessary information, follow through with assigned tasks, and identify and correct problems within a timely manner. Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under high-pressure situations. Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, highly productive work environment. Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators.
